Lenmcharristar 9,761
I'd be betting on your permission details being passed onto the antis, the fact the arsepca lost they will turn to slimy sneak tactics, and try get you again, the leopard never changes it's spots, maybe best to wire off your farmers to keep an eye out for unwanted visitors. Good luck for the future. 3 Quote Link to post
THE GENERAL 1,982
Great news glad to hear it, I don't want to bust your bubble but if they where my dogs I wouldn't be holding onto them for obvious reasons. Quote Link to post

dymented 2,220
Technically you are only required to have written permission for digging on the day in question ( when your out ) providing you have vet records there is nothing they can legally do for old scars ect My advice to any one who gets a knock is do not speak in the presence of a charity worker if the police wish to interview you so be it but only with out the presence of a charity worker , do not give them any paper work ie permission paper work or grant them access to your vet records police or charity workers why make it easy on them harassing you ! let them take you to court if need be then provide the information ie vet records and permission Let the charity workers wast 10,000s of pounds in donations on failed prosecution Just remember in the interview to mention you have written permission and vet records but never disclose them to them !!! All rspca conducted interviews are voluntary I am glad it worked out for you bud you have been really fortunate most people will have the charity workers and police fabricate something to regain the costs they have spent investigating a case  16 Quote Link to post
dillydog 8,463
If and when you get a knock at the door don't go giving them all of your paper work, just the bits that are relevant, never volunteer information. 4 Quote Link to post

dymented 2,220
You beat me to it lol i no also never admit to owning any of your dogs from pups we all no you only got the dogs last week i amsure some one would back that up If they can not prove you had the dog for a while how can they prove any scar happened in your care For god sake do not keep any incriminating photos on your phones or computers 95% of convictions will be through that ,and yes they send your hard drives off to a specialist firm to try and recover deleted files !!! 3 Quote Link to post

perthshire keeper 1,239
Well lads thought I'd come on an do little write up as iv recently had my dogs take by the rspca an had them returned. All dogs came back in good health just over weight wich was a surprise judgin on sum of the things iv seen N read over the past few years. My oldest dog came back minus an eye like but he's suffered with his eyes for years due to work related injuries, so they done me a favour tbh an saved me a few quid havin it removed myself as he was totally blind in the eye they removed n near blind in the other. He's nearly ready for retirement now few digs this season an he's done for good got some good pups out of him an my old bitch who died last season so I'm happy to give him a place by the fire he been workin since 6 monfs old he self entered At 16 weeks accidentally an then I dropped him in at 6 monfs as he was easy mature enough an he never looked back still to this day. 7 dogs were taken N after plenty of excercise all the dogs have now got back to doin [bANNED TEXT] they were bred for, sum AV ad quiet a few digs some Only a couple due tho the weight they gained. I was gutd [bANNED TEXT] they took them away sat at home thinkin bout throwin in the towel but same time I new the rapca had a hard case to build as all the scars an Injuries on the dogs had been examined by vets and everything I do is above board. So after 2 monfs of messin about all my written permission was looked over vets letters an letters of farmers an game keepers from far an wide provided backed up my stories the dogs were returned to me an I can now carry on doin the sport I have done an loved for so many years. I feared the worst to start as u hear an read so many stories but I thought I'd put up this positive post to say how happy I am and to show all use good lads out there doin the sport we love that if u do things in the right manner as much as possible an have all the right things in place it isn't as easy as they think to ruin [bANNED TEXT] we love. So kind regards an keep on lifting that soil http://i1277.photobucket.com/albums/y482/bus1187/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpsythajt01.jpeg.htmlhttp%3A/s1277.photobucket.com/user/bus1187/media/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpsq9bxmfvs.jpeg 2 years back i got mine lifted.....and i got them back after 10 days in some state minus my old "tip" the first ever lurcher she was a rare old age and not very well when she was took and the upset must have finnished her, i was in some state myself its uttery utterly soul destroying seeing empty kennels of your pride and joys then knowing where they are and that you cant do a damm thing about it.. ime glad it ended well for you mate, so often with thease people it dosent 2 Quote Link to post

UcanRUNbutUcantHIDE 190
Thanks for the kind words and advice but the rspca interviews me in the presence of the police at the station I answered only the relevant questions and made sure I had my solicitor present any irrelevant questions was a no comment reply, I provided proof of vet care to the rspca an permission was shown briefly to the police to show was all above board. I was arrested for dog fightin badger baiting an animal cruelty to wich I'm still on bail for now but rspca have said there not Persuing a case against me as they have no evedence an released my dogs. They had to get confirmation of the police to do so but said police could still persue the case, as there is investigations goin on regarding another matter nothing to do with the dogs hence y it's taking so long but for me to have my dogs returned it's all looking in my favour an iv provided all the necessary evedence so time will only tell how it goes, the raided my lock up and took my quads Polaris ranger an motor bikes an said they were doin CSI tests on them that's how I no some body had threw me an an said I used these for my pest control because there were so keen to find these vehicles they took all v5s from my house for my vans car quads buggie an bikes also keys for them so hopefully [BANNED TEXT] I'm cleared I shall be gettin all these bk to, dunno if that's a blessin or a curse tho as I gained a few pounds from the lack Of not wakin round my shoots haha. As for antis coming to my permission lots r secluded grouse moores an shoots with lots of land an a dangerouse place for an anti to be as there's a lot of shooting activity an not many foot paths so if they wana risk a tress passing charge of worse then so be it, but the permission provided was only places I hardly use anyways. Thanks again for the advice an I wish use all a happy end to the season coZ I no I for 1 have had a good ending 10 Quote Link to post
