I have a question to ask for certain advice about a camera lens I would be interested in. I needed certain information regarding camera lens Sigma 150-600mm. However, there are 2 different models, a Sigma150-160mm £I5-6.3 contemporary lens vs the Sigma 160-600mm DG OS HSM Sports lens.]5-6.3.I was wondering for more advice and could the lens be put her on Canon 450D? Probably not... As long as you get a Canon fit then it'll be fine on that body... You'll struggle to use them to their full potential in the UK as we don't get many days that are bright enough. They are slow and you will really struggle to get rid of blur at the longer focal length simply due to the slow speed of the lens. I use Canon, but I do think Nikon are better. But I've got too much £ worth of gear to change....maybe one day I might. The lens will be far too slow, for taking any decent image on anything other than the brightest of bright days. There will be too much blur that you'll struggle to shake off as you will not have the reserve to crank up the speed. In order to advise on lenses, i need to know what you will be photographing. Omanyra 2,518 Posted December 27, 2015 Report Share Posted December 27, 2015 its a nikon 7100 , Go for the Nikon 300mm f4 matie, one of the sharpest lenses on the market, add a 1.4 teleconverter and it will still be sharper and faster than the Tamron or Sigma above, And, it will last 10 years plus, and, you can knock nails in with it..A grand new, but second hand they have come down in price since Nikon brought out the 300mm f4 with VR......Lesst han £500..around the same price as a Handcock collie creyhound :-) but will still work if you shout at it.. 3 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
