i want something similar to this aviary (but a lot cheaper) to put inside one of my sheds... obviously will adapt the aviary to be a bit more ferret friendly

That's looks like a good idea cg.

Looks easy enough to make as well.

Would be handy for a court for them off the ferret hutches.

i hate ferrets in your face when you open the door of a hutch so figure a walk in ferret court will be more user friendly for both myself and the stinkers

This is my ferret cage 5.7m long, 2m wide, the run is 2m high has mist air-conditioning ( Gets hot here in the land down under) and is on wheels. It houses 1 hob (vasectomised) 12 jills. I got this as a kit for $200 AUD at an auction, A lot cheaper than I could make it for I have added a frame, floor, wheels etc.

I've got 8x6 shed with a 5x2x2 pen inside with running pipe leading to a large avery type run outside its same length as the shed 8ft but 3ft wide and 4ft high so they come and go as they please, the misses takes really good care of the 5 ferrets 2 hobs 3 Jill's and my two dogs blade and Molly as I'm unlucky to be working away from home every week home for weekends . She has them out in the garden twice a day morning and night regardless of the wether 'with the dogs playing and messing about for 30 to 1 hour a time and she works and looks after my two boys., she's my Wonder Woman lol I'll get some photos uploaded in the morning atb Mark
