Pictures Of Your Ferret Cage/court. Please Read.

Hi. I am currently wanting to build a new cage/court for my ferrets. I was wondering if you would post some pics of how you have built yours to give me some inspiration. If there is already similar topics could you please send links. Thanks for your time.

Should have added. Top is just one big run with a wheel and run pipes, no nestbox because they're put back into their cages after a day in the run. The two top cages with the brown mesh doors are 3 feet long each and 2 foot by two foot square. One cage has my two albino jills, the other top cage has my snipped hob, he is on his own but gets out in the run with the 2 albino's. The bottom cage is a full 6 feet long, and not seperated, it runs the full length, and gives me the option of making two more cages if I split it. In this cage is my 8 year old hob and 3 jills, there was another jill in there with them, but lost here this year, 8 years old.

It's 7 feet long ,,3 foot wide and 5 and a half feet tall ,,,two sections as you can see,,but all 5 ferrets in top together till spring...it's made from half inch ply,,and 2x2,,, the 2x2 was free,,,it had been dumped ,,fly tiped so I picked it up...the ply was on gumtree,,£1.50 a sheet,,,the sheets were 3 foot 6 by 3 foot 6 ish ,,,there was some veriation,,,but with a jig saw and cordless drill,,no probs...

It's a ferret wheel,,,like a giant hamster wheel,,,one top and bottom for the ferrets to exercise,,my mate on here makes them ,,leeview,,

I've got 8x6 shed with a 5x2x2 pen inside with running pipe leading to a large avery type run outside its same length as the shed 8ft but 3ft wide and 4ft high so they come and go as they please, the misses takes really good care of the 5 ferrets 2 hobs 3 Jill's and my two dogs blade and Molly as I'm unlucky to be working away from home every week home for weekends . She has them out in the garden twice a day morning and night regardless of the wether 'with the dogs playing and messing about for 30 to 1 hour a time and she works and looks after my two boys., she's my Wonder Woman lol I'll get some photos uploaded in the morning atb Mark
