Snaring Long Grass,just Shows How High Rabbits Jump

Set a few snares on a silage field back in summertime with woodga,I thought bloody this grass is too long,but after being shown how to go about snaring long grass it wasn't as bad as first though,some of the snares were set at 9-101/2inches high....just goes to show how high a rabbit will jump when they need to.

yes me and peg and gun set some at 10 inches in summer once it suprised me we made longer tealers for the job i had to keep him right how to do it like not ha ha

Eddie b if you look on the last pic you can see the beat under the snare,they are harder then on a short grass field but you can still find them?

never seen him for a while mate keep meaning to go over but he is always training at the gym mite go over after christmas and see if he fancey s a look out and have bit crack i will keep you informed mate
