bob84 189
I was out walking my dogs this evening the lights was fading so headed for home a field from the housing estate where I live a polish lad has a big pitbull lovely looking dog but he just has no control over it so he walks it on a long line may be about 25/30 yard now I've said it to him in passing before about muzzling it for his own sake because it makes a run at other dogs but never people anyway this evening it came true the ditch that the cocker was working and attacks her and grabs hold all the while the lad was trying to pull it back it did get to rag the cocker but just would let go so I done the only think I could think of while holding back my other dog and picking up a rock and hit the dog till it let go while your man was shouting he's reporting me for cruelty his dog walk of looking fine while my cocker has a few punchers makes on the inside and outside of her back leg I no it could have been a hell of a lots worse but now I'm panicking incase he does ring the guards even tho I didn't to anything wrong only protect my own dog I really don't think this week can get any worse what with the lurcher acting the c**t what u lads think

BGD 6,436
If the guy is too much of a fanny to grab a hold of his dog and break up a fight he has no business owning a bulldog You did what you had to to save your dog, sure the guards will see it that way too
VOON 1,317
If you hear anything which I doubt, as his dog was not muzzled, just say you were afraid for life.

kanny 20,611
Sounds justified to me... If anything comes of it just tell the truth... The only thing I would have done different would be I would have taken my dog straight down the vets needed or not but only because he said that he was going to report you

jiggy 3,209
Have a vet bill to ready to hand to police for treating your dog if they call but I doubt it he's probably sitting at home worrying about them calling to him more like it.
