Creatine For Dogs.

Recommended Posts

Creatine is used to prolong exercise and spent build muscle it just helps you train longer ... It is in fish and meat so if your dog gets fed this then there is no point adding to the dogs diet .. Side effects include dehydration muscle cramps and gut ache ... So giving a dog that's working hard creatine for him to work harder plus getting the above side effects don't make sense to me .....

The side affects aren't guaranteed tho are they, when I was younger I hammered the stuff constantly and never got cramps, dehydrated or any gut aches! I still take it now (it's in my pre workout) just not on the same levels I used to.

But a dog can't tell you if it's got side effects .......

The little reading up on it that I've done states that creatine mono hydrate is the best to avoid stomach upset obviously every one is different.and the greyhound lads seem to be using it a fair bit.it seems it's 1 of the most researched supplements ever.and the conclusion is it's safe to use.

How hard do the dogs need to work for these supplements to come into play..

Work for longer periods, quicker muscle recovery, and quicker muscle repair when damaged, I also noticed better muscle tone when using White-E with vitamins B and C.

That sounds an excellent thing for a lamping lurcher then sl.

but what I meant was, how many rabbits, foxes and so on does it have the edge over a dog that's not taking it like

I think that's impossible to work out.but it apparently increases the speed of the fast twitch muscles and aids muscle recovery and other things.

That's only going on what I've read up on it.

If you start using it, you will see an improvement, but only when used with other vitamins, a proper working diet and the right amount of exercise.

In other words will improve an athlete but will do f##k all for a couch potato

I've read up on loading the creatine first sl but that was for humans.

What would be the amounts you would recommend Creatine and vitamins and what vitamins for say a 70 lb bull X to see improvement.

Cheers King.
