Your Choice To Springers Hw 77 Or Hw 97 Kt

As stated guys if you were to buy one of the guns stright from the box today whats your choice cheers

But for nostalgia, knowing what I know now, I'd go for an eighty. In twenty two.

 

But in answer to your question. 97. I personally like the look of it more so, and it's only the muzzle end. The rest is the same. Quite literally.

97, it was built to be the updated 77 when it first came out, although anyone who's shot a 77 will tell you how good the 77 is, and has been for many years.

I used to use a HW 77K and couldn't fault it, it was well run in and had a lovely smooth action.

The 77 has clean lines and hits the mark every time but so dose the 97.

The 77 has a bit more of a crack to it but you can get a mod for it but would add length.

Thanks for all the replys guys to be honest its the 97kt av been looking at hopefully get it this weekend and get it tuned up but still under the 12 foot pounds am shooting an airarms s410 superlight just now great gun aswell but av been watching a lot of vidios whit the spingers the guns a had when first started were the bsa mercury the old airsporter showing my age now lol but thought it would be nice to go back in time and there seems to be a lot of tunning kits these days so thanks agian guys cheers

If you must have an underlever, and dont want the hassle of tuning, buy a Walther lgu mate in .177, it blows either of them out of the box away, quite simply in a different league

Ok guys the airarms av got is in 22 but the hw 97 kt will be in 177 av herd alot of tunning kits but what one would u recomend av only tryed 177 a couple of times over the last 35 years so al give a good go cheers
