So pups going through a bit of a bedding dilemma lol no matter what i put in for him he pulls it out and sleeps on wood cant use shavins any more blocked drains Nd mess... Maybe tack his quilt down? Any one else had deal with it?

You could try pro-bed,It's treated cut down straw,so bigger than shavings and a lot easier to clean up but he won't be able to drag it out of his house,unless he digs it out.

Get a couple of layers of carpet and a peice of vetbed on top and screw it down to the kennel floor using screws and big washers the size of a 2 pence peice

I've done the screwed down carpet and vet bed thing before. It does work but only for a short while. A few days if the dog isn't too bad, a day if he's determined to get it up. Lol.

 

I've also used wooden batons around the outside, sort of like a photo frame around the bedding. But it only lasts so long.

 

That's when I switched to chopped straw but no good if you are having problems with blocked drains I don't suppose.

i gonna nail it down and if he pulls it up .. well he can just be uncomfortable

Wax shredded paper for me and if im honest i dont think think theres much better ive used everything from quilts to horse bedding but found the wax paper the best
