In these areas that I stated above, there are constant loons with knifes with gang culture within the black community and since they shut down all the nut houses all these people are on the streets. With the armed police well thats another story as they simply are not trained to such a high standard. Hence the duggan shooting in Tottenham and the riots that followed because of the armed police shooting dead an unarmed man. So what do you do? If you deployed more armed police that are not trained to military standards you would end up like the great usa. Where so many inoccent people are shot on a daily basis.
