The people who are worried that these air strikes will have repercussions in this country, will do well to remember that whether we bomb them or not they will cause terrorism here.   TC

We are bombing them in Iraq already, do you think it will make a jot of difference if we cross the border which ISIS don't recognise anyway.

Like they will now say, 'we didn't mind you bombing us in Iraq, but now you are bombing us in Syria, we will get you'

We've had 7 foiled attacks already this year.

The 70,000 "moderate" ground troops Cameron says Britian will be supporting with airstrikes are mostly made up of Jabhat Al Nusra a.k.a Al Qaeda in Syria.

Interesting choice of allies :icon_eek:

It's good that we are doing something but make no mistake these air strikes are about effective as throwing a stone at a tank you might kill a few bugs but that's about it.... Good luck to our lads.

It's the innocent kids I feel sorry for with things such as this even tho they say the bombs are as good as exact and precise etc..

One thing I don't understand about politics is they go through all the rigmarole of which party gets enough votes etc to get in power then when they get elected that government is then running the country but they can't then make any big decisions without spending countless hours debating and trying to get permission off all the other party's to go ahead with pushing through an act or making an important decision about something there all over paid money wasting bad decision making useless tossers at the end of the day..
