jonnie bravo 572 Posted December 1, 2015 Report Share Posted December 1, 2015 Slow cook the meat until it drops off the bone. You can do what you like with the meat now- spag bol, pies, ravioli, pasties, you name it. Then wack the bones etc back into the slow cooker (don't clean it!) with a few carrots and onions and water salt pepper oxo cube and cook again for as long as you dare, sieve it all then you have game stock you can even bang a bit of red wine in or reduce it down. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
