IanB 0
What model of Cobra is it, your best option is a laser using a cobra, you might want to try one of starlight nv's fireflys ?
groundnester 2
It's a merlin . Gen
groundnester 2
I've heard the t20 and night master 800 might work. Has anyone used these to good effect with add on night visions??
maxwell 88
The t20/t38 ir works with some gen 1 equipment and I know for a fact some people have had success with the cobra merlin and pulsar challenger units and there are others who have not, but I can tell you the n1000ap will be your best bet as they do work. Digby 5
I use a NM800 IR with the normal and a XSearcher head and colured LEDs, mounted on a Taclight adjustable mount. I also have a Wolf Eyes Seal, which is superb! Regarding a lazer,i've never used one, so i can't comment, just a thought, they maybe good for range finding? But your quarry will know you are near, BEFORE you are near enough, especially if you are using nightvision, it defeats the object of a stealth approach? On the other hand, it is difficult sometimes to judge distances at night though, so the Lazer, may help? ATB, Digby.
