Malt 379
Get to the army surpless and get some gortex over-trousers. Look out for a good pair with no snags etc. Really light & waterproof. You should get some for under £20.

skycat 6,174
I bought my Goretex over trousers from this guy: very helpful, and they were only about £20, very good if your'e on a budget. His email is: sales@Camo4U.co.uk or if your'e feeling flush then visit the John Norris site undefinedhttp://www.johnnorris.co.uk/system/shopassistant.htm loads of stuff: leggings, over trousers etc. Not all at mad prices either. You can give them a bell and order by phone too and they're very helpful.
thurso jack 3
what i like about the rams are you can wear them outwith hunting and there not too thick that you cook in them, they keep you cold when you want to be and warm and dry when you need to be, if that makes sense? im planning another pair as my present ones are a bit tired
Guest WILF
Agree with Jack and Jasper.........if you are doing a lot in thick cover, then at a discount the Barbour may just have the edge

LOL Gotta agree, not worth buying cheap stuff as it never lasts as long, as well as sounding like a crisp packet
