I watched my Dad work hard all his life, unless he was seriously unable to work, he worked, from 15 to his 65th birthday he grafted, we noticed he was acting a bit strange just before he retired, may

Want it pay for it.......I agree with that wholeheartedly........except society is not engineered that way so get real !! The whole world is running on debt, anyone who thinks it makes you "the good

For me personally it depends on the debt..   Personal debt to buy a TV or car etc is not something I go in for, I've not even got a credit card..   The business on the other hand works by using de

I don't agree with their tactics really, and I certainly wouldn't want them round here, but what would be the point of them if they weren't bullies? The courts could never enforce anything and anyone who owes money would never have to pay.

Have to agree there, much as I hate them and don't understand how anyone can do the job they do they're a vital part of the current system. You can't have debt without bailiffs to enforce it's payment and they wouldn't be much use if they popped round for a cuppa and a quiet chat about how you really should try and pay your debts!

So your dog could not protect you then

Under the new laws attacks that happen on private property are treated the same as attacks that happen in public, the law wouldn't see it as your dog protecting you because the HCEO had a lawful right to be on your property.

You can bet the court would throw the fecking book at you if your dog had attacked one of their officers too

There'd be a shitstorm in the media if the dog got destroyed or the owner got too harshly punished.

You think the media would side with the owner of a dangerous dog that doesn't pay their debts over the bailiffs?

You've got more faith in the media than I do that's for sure.

No just in the publics love of dogs and sob stories, put the 2 together and you'd get the front page.

I can't read anything about dept collectors/bailiffs without my blood boiling, nothing more than fecking parasitical pustules as far as I see . . "It's a job, someone's got to do it" bullshite, they come of a certain belt them lot . .

People should pay the debt they accumulate for sure, but sending in cowboys who act like they are exempt from the law, bully the vulnerable and weak . . Shoot them as far a care. Parasites.

Debt..........right up there with organised religion as a control tool, probably the best of the lot? "Cant pay, we'll take it away" "the bailiffs are coming" All part of the brainwashing..........even "homes under the hammer"............looks at things with rose tinted glasses............getting folk to invest money, do houses up, buy materials to help the economy, not a bad thing maybe? but they make things look a lot easier than it really is imo.

fook em and declare bankruptcy (as long as you dont own your house) its like a breath of fresh air and a weight lifting apart from the inconvenience of no credit of any description for a few years which is no bad thing

I'd have you on the f***ing street. And you've the nerve to call bailiffs bankrupt. Like I said on the other thread 'want it, pay for it, earn it'.

Aye, borrow beyond your means, then declare your self bankrupt and let the tax payer pick up the bill for housing/clothing/feeding you...

I may sound like a conspiracy nut here, but imo the system is set up to make people get and stay in debt, eliminate usury and then it would be fair enough to take that attitude.
