Just buy a gun and take it out, dont tell her about the gory details and time will make it normal to her. After 10 years my mrs will shoot a rifle at targets and fancies clay pidgeons. Me and my missus have completely separate lives but are rock solid aswell. We work opposite shifts, she likes the indoors and I like outdoors, I hunt with dogs and shoot and fish, she cleans, Irons and reads books. She goes out for girly drinks the last night of every month, I go the pub whenever I'm off work and not lamping. Lol. She isn't a fan of the hunting, doesn't really agree with a lot of it. But accepts it and never moans. She will cook rabbit if I skin and gut it and she will walk and feed the dogs if I need her to. I think it's just about compromise.
