He had shot himself it is the hardest thing in the world to cope with because we will never no why. He was just not my brother but my best mate in the world. Rip corky.you are at the big bury in the sky mate
tilimangro 1,013
When people kill themselves they aren't thinking straight ,the mind doesn't rationalise anymore and it's impossible to understand why I trained with a lad who killed himself and there wasn't a single sign of any depression or illness I struggled with it for a long time as I hadn't Beene able to do a thing but in hindsight there was nothing I could have done unless he reached out and spoke up

Mental turmoil and having nobody close enough to recognise it must be a horrific place to be in life.
dytkos 17,793
We bought our house from the widow of a fella who had hung himself.(near neighbours) Shed been having an affair and he found out. Wouldn't have known they had problems until it came out after his death. Only a young couple, no kids, surely they could have moved on without him killing himself? Cheers, D. bob84 189
Suicide is one of them thing we'll never fully understand it must be hard thinking you can't talk to anyone about how your feeling and thinking the only way-out is to end things some in my family if you told them u had depression id bet my house on it id be told to get a grip and cop on to yourself and unfortunately that's what most people will say if depression is brought up to them.for me I don't think its a cowardly or selfish way out its someone that think there no other way out hope his little lad get all the help he need .

bird 9,913
When the mind goes who knows what you'll do, hope the young lad is taken care of . yeh its the strongest part in the human body, when it goes haywire not much you can do when I worked at my old brewery , there was guy a (manic depressive ) , by god was he hard work, he was rock bottom just if it was pissing down never mind anything serious like this post. I lost me temper with him one day and said I give him punch in the mouth, them he have something to feckin moan at , he didn't speak for 9 months , and then only because I said sorry for threatening him . I always feel sorry for the people left behind , life very short people are dying with cancers etc, they love extra days, months to live, it wrong I think if your healthy able boded but sick in the head, to kill your self. my son mate mom killed her self she threw her self under a train, because the marriage had finished , that's nothing no reason in my mind ,plenty more new people out there to meet, the poor lad was wreaked when he came round to see my son, these people should go round the cancer wards and see the little kids dying and other people , then you feckin hang on to your life 100%
