For me the best lurcher I have owned was a deerhound greyhound collie . This dog was fearless & would jump anything & was as bright as a button. Quote Link to post

fat man 4,741 Posted November 17, 2015 Report Share Posted November 17, 2015 Best rabbiting dog i have seen was a 3/4 collie 1/4 whippet,would pick rabbits all night long on the lamp,enough speed and could turn on a sixpence and could judge a rabbit keeping them out from the hedge and safety.
