walshie 2,804 Posted November 18, 2015 Report Share Posted November 18, 2015 Try it in these stages Jim: 1: Press the start button bottom left of the screen 2: Select "shut down" 3: Wait for computer to switch off 4: Close the laptop lid 5: Wait for someone who isn't a numpty to do it for you.
