Try taking SD card out and plug into comp, go into " my computer ", then into SD card etc cut or copy all photos, right click on desk top and create new folder, open folder then right click and paste... haymin 2,465 Posted November 18, 2015 Author Report Share Posted November 18, 2015 There was a slot at the front of the lap top for memory card so I put it in boxes came up with numbers instead of photos so imported them and opened folder still nothing in the folder must be some kind of setting on the Lao too that's needing done with putting it back to factory setting mmmm Quote Link to post Share on other sites

J Darcy 5,871 Posted November 19, 2015 Report Share Posted November 19, 2015 First of all...make sure you've taken some pics. Then plug the camera in. Open 'My PC' Double click the camera lozenge. This will open up another lozenge, click on that. Highlight all the photos. MOVE to documents. Then you can move them where you want from there..... Quote Link to post Share on other sites
