Watched it last night, and she struck me as an old hippy, looking for her personal Shangri La.........   To her credit, she seemed happy enough with her life - which is more than a lot of us can say

Yep, I enjoyed it......they seemed like nice people so I couldn't begrudge them their strokes of luck.

This was the best bit, she is still being charged council tax for her mud hut !!! Honest to f***ing God !!

Wasnt that bad mate, true they were tree huggers and didnt follow the ethos 100% but the shop was going to be a collective i think, with organic produce grown by themselves and others,to be honest its got to be quite difficult to live off grid totally nowadays in the UK,not impossible but difficult?

Last night was good, some would say that old girl was a fruit cake but I get where she is coming from, I really do.

Fair play, 61 and doing all that.

It helps if you already own 175 acres obviously but fair play to her.

Next weeks about the shepherdess looks really good.

Looks like there's a good episode coming up in a few weeks featuring Amanda Owen: "The Yorkshire Shepherdess." I'm reading her autobiography at the moment.

Passed through their place last year. Lovely folks. She's got s fair flock of her own ?
