Up until lthe beginning of last season I'd always foot lamped, had some cracking nights and some fairly shit nights. Then met a fella that drives the land, after a season with him and staring off this season with my own 4x4 I don't think I could ever go back to full time foot lamping. Don't get me wrong the odd night out on foot no problem but I only see more pros then cons for driving the land. What's yous lots opinion on it? Yay or nay?

couldn't think of anything worse than rattling around in a diesel motor slipping dogs off the back, never done it never will, quite night on foot alone with me dog is exactly what its all about for me,as for getting the numbers so what never been bothered about that either mine do their bit thats all il need cheers
Doesn't need to be a diesel.

One of the driving moments I remember the most is taking my a Citreon saxo when I was seventeen and driving for a few days out lamping and driving across a sowed feild and driving with the lamp as the dog was running a rabbit only to find myself stuck calling my dad to pick me up and him getting his brand new at the time Range Rover stuck as the feild was a mud bath and then having to wake the farmer up for him to pull us both out was comical and alough it wasn't my permission either he seen the funny side and I sorted him out some money for the trouble of been stuck and helping us out

Lol that's funny. At what point did off-roading in a saxo seem like a good idea? Haha.

thiers a group of lads round me...i used to knock about with them years ago.

they go where they want when they want and if some one says any thing they get threatened with a kicking...they drive over crops leave every gate open drive over wooden gates...cause utter havoc!

and them people wonder why dog lads wont be tolerated!
