If it's not boxing I'm not usually interested but I like to follow the hype from these champions and see what they do in defeat... I only caught a small glimpse of after the match and I don't think Rhonda knows much about sportsmanship and that would have won her a few more followers or at least kept the ones she has...

There's plenty on that lunatic McGregor on YouTube and the like, he went thru a phase where he thought he was Scottish, I think he's over that now , he seems to be obsessed with how everyone is doing number wise in the ufc, the size of the gates and viewing figures I suppose he needs something to focus his obsessive nature on, he'll come and go like the rest ,

Lookin at that fight again, Holm looked very strong at that weight carrying very little excess , whereas Rhonda looked like she was carrying a bit, a lot of questions asked of Edmond the trainer now , why the f**k didn't he tell her to take Holm down at the break instead of telling her she's doing great ,

Him telling everyone Rhonda had better hands than an ex pro world champ is partly what lead to her loss, ego blinded

When your strength is to take it to the floor and get an arm bar locked in and you decide to stand up with a lassie that's a well known great stand up boxer your setting yourself up for a fall. Ronda has listened to the hype and let that get in the way of her being the champ for a bit longer.

I also thought she looked a little under toned for the fight. Holly looked really fit and it showed.

If there's a re-match I'd imagine Ronda will want to get it on the floor as quick as possible.

Would still love a roll about with her though...☺️

hi, over here they love the ufc fighting, i started to watch it too,(as you do) following Rhonda Rousey through her previous fights, and i thought she did really well, she seem to naturally adapt in the ring to whatever the other opponent threw at her,but this fight she didn't seem right, she looked a bit over weight, and her work looked slow and her timing looked way off, not the usual Rhonda, don't get me wrong i'm not taking anything away from holly holm's she fought a good fight, there's been talk on the radio today and people are shocked with her losing here, but they said the rematch will be in a while as Rhonda has got a broken raw, tilly

I used to love watching Rhonda, but her ego's taken over and she's started spouting off.

You know what they say about pride before a fall.........

 

Rhonda was chasing all the time, almost desperately, stumbling and not looking her usual self.

 

Holly seems a very very worthy and humble winner, she will make a great champion.

 

The re-match is sure going to be interesting....

Let's not forget as far as women are concerned Holly is the real deal, one of the best boxers of all time. She's been fighting at the top a hell of a lot longer than Rousey. She beats Ronda every day of the week IMO and is a nicer girl to boot.
