work work and more work every night until the dog is to tired to run of hunting up then go to a place with a few rabbits and pick a few easy slips for the dog so has its sucsesfull he/she will soon w

exactly. It's just being ignorant and doing what it's like. Get recall spot on before taking dogs out.

I had a 1stx beddiexgrey out of Rambo 30yrs ago off a lad who had only ferreted with it for 3yrs.never even seen a lamp till I got him and it was the worst thing any body has seen on the lamp if it missed anything for hunting up and would be gone for 5mins easy.i gave it millions of opertunities over 5mths and you couldn't change it.it wasn't the dogs fault it's all it had done and way way it was trained.i sent it back to the lad before something ended up serious ?

exactly. It's just being ignorant and doing what it's like. Get recall spot on before taking dogs out.

Just to add day work it was like a trained spaniel on the sit,stay wait just a twat on the lamp if it missed.yes revolt is a must on any dog but different kettle of fish if it's mad keen and never lamped.have a go of one and then come back to see what your thoughts are atb
