Multi Gyms

i aint looking to bulk up my plan is just to do light weights but loads of reps along side a few miles a week running.

Save your money and kill 2 birds with 1 stone........find a local park with a Great Outdoor Gym Company set up for light weight training and use the park for your running.

Compare rep ranges for body building routine with powerlifting routine, one designed for mass and aesthetics and the other for strength. There is usually a cross over as a lot of people want both size and strength. at the end of the day, consistently lifting any weights you should gain some muscle and strength.
