ollie391 74
In the height of the summer during harvest time I sometimes find it difficult to use all the surplus pigeons that I shoot. I like to simply pan fry them with pepper sauce & traditional irish champ, but I thought I would mix it up. With the use of a electric mincer I decided to match a batch of bolognese & it was delicious. Here is a simple video of how I made it: It is really easy to make, I make it in large batches & freeze it and it makes a handy meal after work. In fact, I am going to make a batch of it this evening. I plan on getting a sausage maker to make woodpigeon sausages too in the future.
