nothernlite 18,088
Near enough every park around me is fenced in barbed wire its just a day to day hazard I've got to contented with, so for me a strong and reliable jumper is a mustkeep the cold out a good jumper does 6 1 Quote Link to post
FUJI 17,324
That's some rough ground dai... Fuji just out of interest is it that type of ground your collie x lost his eye? That's always my biggest worry is the fallen timer sticking out at head height for the dog. No he lost an eye when he had his quarry on the floor and it kicked out like a coiled spring, just a freak accident matey.. Quote Link to post
Maximus Ferret 2,063
I'm at it quite a lot. If they're brought up with it they seem to do OK. Some exciting runs with the occasional catch. Carrying stuff over it can be hard going if the tracks aren't good. 5 Quote Link to post
Gareth12 225
Great photos of some tough ground for dogs to run... Fuji-just an occupational hazard then. Suppose it shows no matter what terrain like there always dangers for any dog. Quote Link to post
Maximus Ferret 2,063
Forestry brash is probably one of the most hazardous surfaces for a dog to run on as their legs can slip between branches. If they know what they're doing they seem to adjust their pace and look at what they're running over. I have seen broken bones though and some tears from branches sticking out. flipbull 1,139
If my dog refused/stopped. I would dive in with a swimmers cap coz of me baldy barnet and rest of body and chest hair like itchy sctatchy (belter jacket) and a nose like Ian Rush haha. Not a problem. On a serious note my pup/dog has copped for a few in similar terrain and my heart goes 20 to the dozen. Got away with it so far though Quote Link to post
DOGGINLAD 538
Them first ones look like a traditional pasty out the pound bakery in Huyton villy haha 1 Quote Link to post
