A further piece of advice I would offer, is to work on recall before letting him work. A dog that won't come back to you after a chase, especially at night, is not worth the bother. He was bred by a goof family friend who has always used dogs for hunting, he was the reason I became interested in lerchers. My plan is to get the pup trained up in recall ect before I even attempt to work him which I won't be doing until he is at least 12 months old 1 Quote Link to post
