LaddyLurcher 261 Posted November 6, 2015 Report Share Posted November 6, 2015 Took dog and ferrets on some new ground today, nice sandy banks riddled with sets, most of it the covers still dying off but we managed to do a couple of sets which were clear...no massive haul we only caught 3 and some escaped the dog when bolting from un netted holes because of the cover...but nice to be out giving some work to dog and ferrets. 4 Quote Link to post

LaddyLurcher 261 Posted November 6, 2015 Author Report Share Posted November 6, 2015 We had a couple hours out today, no nets, few young hobs on first outing, a spade and lurcher. Spent start of day admiring a stoat out doing same job as us, then set to it, youngsters worked well from the first entrance they were shown and dog even managed to close her mouth around a few bunnies as they run into her lol enjoyable few hours. How's your mutt bred pal? Glad you enjoyed yourself aswell, just keep at em hes a deer grey x deer grey whippet 16 month old i get him out as much as possible day time mooching ferreting and Lamping he's no expert yet but he's getting there 2 Quote Link to post
