If you had a permission that was overgrown to the point ferreting would be a pain in the arse would you do a few hours clearence. (Owner permitting ) a couple of days before hand or just do a bit hear and there on the day?

I have all ways felt if you clear the ground they would just move ? Never tried so only guessing. I imagine it depends on the numbers about

Chance if you clear it somebody will ferret it before you and if clear it and ferret it straight away the rabbits won't bolt so your stuck between a rock and a hard place

Its supposed to turn cold this weekend, its finally going to get underway proper. Ive done very little so far this season partly because of the weather. Hope to get out at least a couple of times a week through to the end of February.

Going to struggle to fill the freezers to fed the ferrets over the summer with rabbits but that could be solved with more lamping ?. but theres permissions I like to get done 4 times a season going to struggle there as I no really had a full day yet
