Lloyd90 509 Posted November 7, 2015 Report Share Posted November 7, 2015 f**k sake I had one today and thought I could ignore it. 1) I was on a road by an industrial park NOT A CAR PARK. 2) The sign that was supposed to display that you can't park there was for some reason totally blank so there was no way you could read the terms and conditions. It might be worth getting some photos for evidence. I took some pal. Thing is to contest I actually have to write to the utter f***ing scum, I'd rather shit in a letter and send it to them!Utter scum for enforcing the law. Lol. Whatever next Private parking companies ? Your having a laugh son. They dress their tickets up to look like official fines (which they aint) and also have bully boy tactics for trying to get money out of people. It's fair if you go over to pay what you owe. Charging hundreds of pounds for a bit of time or in my case having a BLANK SIGN and then trying to say its displayed and charging me is fair and lawful ? Have you got photos of this blank sign? Where did you park? Have you got photos of where you parked? No double yellows? No parking bays? I'm not having a laugh. Just sick of reading about people dumping their cars wherever they fancy then whining like little girls when they get a fine, son. Edited to add - you say it's "fair to go over". You didn't go over. You just never paid in the first place. There's a boy. You showed them. Clearly not displayed on road with no lines or spaces.
