Darcy No 1 Fan !!!!!

hi all.

 

these pictures are of a good friend of mines kid. he is absolutely besotted by Mr Darcy. he is forever looking through all the books (he cant read very well but he certainly gets the jist of what's going on!!!)

 

recently he even did a 5 minute presentation at school on what he wants to be when he is older.........and yes you have guessed it..... he said he wants to be Darcy! ha ha . his presentation was backed up with various pictures from "of dogs, and deer" which is his favourite book. ( I would love to have been a fly on the wall when he was proudly showing these off to all the young female teachers).

 

on a serious note its cracking to see a young lad out in all weathers so interested in all aspects of dog work. but it must kill his farther who is a competent lurcher man himself , when his little boy asks him at the dinner table

"when are you going to get good dogs like in this book dad?" PRICELESS!! LOL

I know colour doesn't mean much, but I like some of the pieds, especially without being mostly white, and that's a nice bitch. How's it bred?
