Unfortunately because of a small disaster the only existing pictures of his mother are archived on here but they have appeared to of been deleted.

One of him when out today.

I've got one here but she's got a dash of whippet in her, plenty of pace but does lack a bit of wind tbh.

know a couple of young lads that are running something close to that cross, grey/bull/beddy with a tiny bit of whippet and there very full on, about 24ins, there bred from our fist cross grey/beddys from heartbreak fell 20 years ago and the difference when we added a bit of bull blood was incredible  would like to see them a little bigger but trying to get some decent grey/beddy blood is easier said than done  I think at one time there was a chap on here called coco or something like that run grey/bull/beddys, BUT DEFINETLY AN INTERESTING CROSS :victory:

My mate had one , and it was the most head strong dog the pair of us ever seen in our lives. Some other guy was willing to take it on, last we heard of was only a young..think my mate was scared to ask how it went just incase the lad tried passing it back lol

I agree with the head strong part, but given a bit of work they soon calmed down :victory:

I have one 31/2 now. Good lamping and ferreting dog and I'm positive he would be good on other quarry if given the chance but certainly wouldn't be a hare dog. Quite headstrong and had a tough time with him to start with but he's settled down to be a handy dog to have around. Had a problem with retrieve but seem to have sorted that now. I had him from 14 weeks from a guy off here the sire was half cross bull greyhound and dam half cross bedlington grey. Gives 100% and i have seen him pull off some heart in the mouth catches when he had no right to catch but has and come away uninjured. Tough as old boots and afraid of nothing except my wife and daughter lol. Friendly with dogs and people and now he's a pleasure to have around but TBH I had my doubts at times. He's 26" and 28kg and also has a good nose and marks well. He's an honest dog that gives his all not the fastest but makes catches through sheer determination. Terrible soft coat though , not everyone's cup of tea but works for me.
