Tomo - not quite, I'm not actually working for the estate but employed by a consultancy company who the estate have brought in to manage the livestock operation. Also it's a self employed basis on an hourly rate with a minimum weekly payout. It IS good here but it's hard to expand my own stock as I'm fitting it around my other job and land is expensive. I also spent hours and money driving round to check stock in lots of places. Down there I get ground at a lower price and in one block where I work. It should cut my overheads dramatically! I'm also lucky enough to have a house here I can always come back to and the land I own in wales.
