Bloke posts it up anywhere or sends it to anyone other than the cops saying you did something you didn't you have grounds for defamation and slander and can sue the cnut Quote Link to post

No one ever follows it up though coz it's a very expensive and drawn out process and you only ever win if they've made money off your image or made negative claims you can prove are false Quote Link to post
