Bit vague there mate depends on your budget,type of shooting you want to do,scopes or iron sights,PCP or springer,single or multishot.Im not trying to come across as a smarta**e but there is a lot of choice out there...

yeh sorry about that andy, was in school din't have much time.

 

budget probably around 100-150 (not much i know don't want to spend much to start with)

as for type of shooting, rabbits mostly corvids, rats, tree rats (small quarry realy)

scopes not too bother realy solong as thy are good

spring would be better

single or multy shot don't mind

spend a little more maybe 150 to 180 and get a second hand hw95k with scope you wont go wrong in my opinion

paddy for your price range you could could get a crossman king ratcatcher i think this will make a good starter rifle for small vermin or if you get a better budget get a bsa lightning i think someone has one for sale on here for cheap its worth having a look. all the best

paddy if your still interested my mate has got a normal ratcatcher i think its for sale i will pm you if it still is up for sale all the best

co2 powered guns are crap and even worse in winter, the rat catcher is under powered for real hunting work.

buy a HW99 or a BSA supersport, even a gamo but forget the rat catcher

Hell, just get a second hand HW77 or and go for it, save you loads of dosh

loads of guns for sale on bbs, would get a good second hand one for £150

 

dont be tempted to buy any of the cheap chinese rifles though, they fall to bits
