JDHUNTING 1,817
To simplify: One is a wild animal. One isn't. Dump your lurchers lads, tell the fox packs to give up and you terrier lads chuck the spades in the bin, dogs no match for a wild animal Wind your neck in mate. You know exactly what i meant. wind your own neck in im just giving my opinion im not claiming to know all the answers and I only replied to the post you made I.e ones a wild animal and one isnt, what am I supposed to think you mean? A fox is a wild animal and a terrier though smaller and not on its own turf is at times more than a match, so whats your point?
JDHUNTING 1,817
Best way to kill a wolf is to build a house of bricks and keep a pot of boiling water in the fireplace in case he comes down the chimney this was the 3 little pigs method of self preservation and it worked fact.[/quote ye but wolves have mythical jaw power and teeth as hard as diamonds, eventually theyll chew through the bricks and little piggies f****d]
walshie 2,804
Doesn't matter what my point is does it? You're obviously the only one on this thread who's right and everyone else is an idiot.
johnny boy68 11,726
A lot cleverer guys than me tested a wolves bite force at around 500 newtons or roughly 1500 psi http://www.esajournals.org/doi/abs/10.1890/0012-9658%282007%2988%5B347%3ABFAEAT%5D2.0.CO%3B2?journalCode=ecol Not sure about all breeds of dogs but a mastiff is around 300 psi isnt it?

You're obviously the only one on this thread who's right and everyone else is an idiot. ive not made anyone out to be an idiot and if I had id apologise, your trying to make me out as an idiot though, I asked if wolves really did have a bite force greater than a dog outside of head size and your input was "ones a wild animal ones not" well then thanks for clearing that up with your scientific reasoning. neil cooney 10,416
I'm usually against this sort of video on the inter-net but it's an old one taken in a foreign country and IMO the hunter should have ended it. But it's there for debate. Who mentioned bullcrosses ???? LOL.

neil cooney 10,416
One thing I'll say about the vid I posted up above is it's not a 30" Timber wolf but it is ,at a guess, a 60lb saluki. If eventually the tree huggers do get to release Lupus Lupus on these shores some entrepreneur will be ahead of the game and start breeding Kangol's, LOL .
