I don't see the problem with it. If an owner wants to pay to have his dogs ears cropped, whatever the reason, then why would you be against it?

Are you that are against ear cropping also against tail docking in non-working dogs?

got to honest ,3 breeds that have tails, but in my eyes look shit, are = rottie,dob,jack/r/t i just carnt get used to seeing them with a tail .

I think Rottis look alright with a tail but Dobermans and Boxers just look silly

There is a strain of Bob tailed Boxer now available. I am led to believe that this was achieved through cross breeding with corgis...

I remember hearing that they were going to try that when the ban came in  the same as Hinks breeding for the prick ear in the EBT after cropping was banned.

nice looking dog mate, the two at the end of our lane are a bit bigger and are a dark brindle with goldie/yellow coloured eyes which really does look mean, they are obviously guard dogs as there is a sign on the gates saying........."do not get out of your car, toot your horn and i will come" pit bulls.

How is ear cropping done? is it plastic implants or something?

For short crops they're just cut and the tougher scar tissue keeps them upright, for the longer crops they need to be splinted for months after being cut to make them stand right.

yes, the guy i was talking to had, had his doberman done and he was saying its a lot of work in after care with cleaning, bathing, and the smell that happens, it takes a bit of time to heal he was saying.

You sure they're not Presa Canarios? A lot of them get imported cropped and your description is spot on.

Tilly is in Canada. Everything with a short coat and bully head gets cropped over there...

My friend has two very big scary dogs. . . . . can't remember if they are presas or cano corso's. . . . . but they are both pretty ferocious. The dog has intact ears and the bitch cropped. . . . . . they both look scary, but the bitch looks the devil herself. Needless to say NO ONE gets out of the truck without them on a chain!

It's a ToadLine, exotic mini bully. Yours for the low low price of $2500-15000.
