bobcullen79 1,495
Anyone got any experience in getting your vet bills paid when your dogs on a short lead has been attacked and injured by some one else`s loose dogs? Story tonight, is that some fat fukc androgynous cnuts rotti and shepard have not long ago set to my sapling on short lead. It was dark and I could see the lights on their collars coming closer so I put my bitch on a lead. It kicked off and the other 2 dogs totally ignored the shim`s calls and as soon as my bitch started screaming I picked her up and gave the other 2 a fair few good boots, then she beat the rotti with the lead. After we calmed the situation I then abused her, I checked my bitch to find a not very deep round tear about the size of a 50p,hopefully nothing more than superficial on the top of her outer thigh/hip area. So I told her I was following her home to get her details and they were paying. Full stop. The out of hours cost was unreal. £328.50 for a few stitches and a few jabs... So Ive rang her to let her know as she mentioned not getting paid friday. My Pal stepped up and paid so I want to make sure this dough comes back, preferably in one go, after all we stumped it up. So,What would you do? where would you go from here. I`m thinking wait till friday for starters as Ive got her name?, reg, address and phone number... Elmo ffs. Dogs a smack head now too, she got a dose of methadone for the pain off the vet Quote Link to post

So I want to explain the error of her ways through the power of money. My bitch is insured too so there was always help if I needed it. mushroom 13,101
Must be the season for it. I've just booted a dog full on in the face in front of the stupid owner after it tried to attack Bron this morning. He was on the lead as well. If she refuses to pay only legal way is small claims court 1 Quote Link to post

lurchers 2,855
If you have to mate claim off your insurance to get your money back if you need it.apart from that she should pay for what her out of control dogs have done.this happened to me years ago with 2 German Shepards onto my terrier but she stumped up straight away.atb Quote Link to post

RossM 8,121
Did she call them little rascals like the wifey who's dogs went for one of mine? What gets me is they think by not moving their arses and shouting the dog from a great distance, when it does eventually come back, they think that they had control of the dog and that its obedient..... Move your fat arse Ffs!!!! Hope pup ok and it doesn't have a negative effect with other dogs. 1 Quote Link to post

Red Center 165
Funnily enough I had a dachshund take a chunk out of the nose of my big wolfhound x, woman tried to do me for booting the shit out of the little cnut! Luckily I took photos of his nose and had a vet report to take to court and she ended up paying damages. I'm with Bonehead, i used to live in town with a lot of half wild dingo x's and always carried a nice big stick 1 Quote Link to post

BGD 6,436
You've got her address so if she doesn't pay take the slag to court You might want to get a police report as proof of the attack happening though... 1 Quote Link to post
