Shot And Retrieved

Yes really. :D

 

I shot a squirrel earlier that fell out of the tree into the stream. My older dog has nothing to do with water if she can help it, so she let Buzz go and fetch it. He's not that savvy yet so dived in head first and only his back end was sticking out of the water. Didn't phase him though and he jumped right in retrieved it to my feet, but not before crunching it to a mush first. :laugh:

 

I put the squirrel in my bonfire pile, but a few minutes later he had taken it into his bed and was eating it.

 

One step at a time I guess. :thumbs:
