TonyT2 0
tony check out my reply in clippers Cheers Flint. She lives out. I used to shred paper for bedding , but now just used ols jumpers etc. Theyre clean enough and changed regulary . Another thing. You know how the "fanny" (sorry ladies) puffs up when in season. Its not gone back like it should. From a distance she looks like a dog. She was the runt, and in fact a twin, with her sibling in the same "bag" when born. Any ideas............and thanks for replies T

Greengrass 201
Sounds like she is prolapsed (the swelling at the back) vet can put it back in with a couple of stitches although you may find that this will happen whenever she comes into season.

bill88 6
My terrier bitch came into season when she was 8 months old,it took 3 months for the vulva and teats to go back down. She also started losing fur,it would fall out, grow back, and fall out somewhere else.I tried the vet and they couldn't sort it,i put her on one 500mg capsule of Evening Primrose Oil,every other day,and touch wood not had a problem for 3 months. Edited to add link. http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/index...showtopic=27887 Edited November 23, 2007 by bill88
