northern lad 2,292
If you unscrew the bottom of your flask and wrap carpet underlay round the vessel it keeps hot a lot longer and is more resistant to knocks etc Don't over do it forcing too much in or the vessel will snap off at the neck, like one ham fisted t**t I know did

tillylamp 1,830
ive had quite a few different kind of flasks over the years, but the one i have stuck with is called Aladdin, they keep tea/coffee hot all day and last a long time, i picked it up years ago from a game fair for £15.99 and i still use it to this day. tilly

I've just bought a Souper which to be fair , is the best bit of kit ever. I paid less than £40 and have not had a single day without it being used. 21 minutes from rustic veg and you are sorted. I wish I could get commission for the amount ordered from my reco.Go for it lads and lasses. You'll not be disapointed.

ratbuster 807
I put a denture tablet in it after having not used the flask a long time; tablet in, some hot water on it and leave for twenty minutes, rinse and ready to use.Use the same method for my hip flasks. You could also use some washing soda, some Alu foil put together in the flask and than pour piping hot water on it, will really clean the inside of the flask. Rinse and use
