Cargol 302
The Dry Cow tubes are very good for treating deep puncture wounds. Any dairy farmers will have them for treating mastitis. And as said they are easy to apply because there purpose built for sticking into small holes. 1 Quote Link to post

neil cooney 10,416
I had a friend over from the states with his girlfriend and they strongly recommended Granulex V, does anyone know anywhere in the UK that sells it ? The boys in Cork have been getting it from the states this 5 or 6 years and swear by it but the day before yesterday I asked a nurse had she ever heard of it and she told me she'd treated someones leg injury the day before with it. So it must be available over this side. Quote Link to post

neil cooney 10,416
That's them. You'll wash small pin prick holes out the same way with some penicillin in a syringe put into the holes and squirted in. Quote Link to post
Cargol 302
Best place to get dry cow is a dairy farmer because I don't think you can buy them over the counter. Could be wrong. Quote Link to post
undertaker 831
I got it off a dairy farmer stuff I have is called terrexine in 10 mg tubes great stuff 1 Quote Link to post
jamie2004live 163
the blue spray is called terramicin, good stuff although you have to go through the vets to get it now Quote Link to post
pablo esc 1,598
It's getting ridiculous to get good stuff for basic first aid stuff, etc, even though it expensive enough over the counter. You can be too restricted. Also, one man told me the other week that the was a big clampdown on antibiotics. Quote Link to post
rob284 1,682
Clamp down on antibiotics... First thing a vet does is give a dog a jab of penicillin even if its not really necessary, then charge a fortune for it. Quote Link to post
pablo esc 1,598
YES, sure the do, but also you need a prescription of them to buy them, all money. That's the main reason,,, Quote Link to post
