BGD 6,437
What Taz said sounds perfect but I'd take the foil off for the last couple of mins cooking, get it nicely browned
fireman 11,092
Well what can i say? but what a grand tasting bird they are,my god you can taste the heather and the wild moors in them.A bit rich for the kids but that ment more for me and although i won't ever raise a gun to one as shooting driven game ain't for me i'll allways beg one given the chance . So nice one Taz although they needed a little longer than you said they went down well for sure mate ...
