Different Types Of Drunks

Recommended Posts

A guy i know has just been sacked by a mate of mine who employed him for 17 years, because of his drunken aggression, wanting to fight anyone who crossed his path or happened to be looking in his direction, when sober he was great at his job, but has a problem with his hearing, which manifests itself in the pub when he gets it into his head that people are taking the piss, because half the time he cant understand whats going on but refuses to get a hearing aid because in his mind he does not have a problem its the rest of us that have, point is drunks can be a real pain in the arse if regularly drunk, and sometimes funny depending on the situation and so long as they dont cause embarresment or harm to other people wheres the harm. Myself i dont have this problem ive got a built in safety valve i fall asleep before i get too pissed :drinks:

Anytipe of drunk is an annoying f**k simple as that you have to be drunk to get along with other drunks

The 3 worst types are;   1.the ones who want to kiss and hug everyone. 2.violent ones. 3.the ones who throw up every time they touch a drop.   I've noticed a lot of young lads go through a phase

Sometimes I think the people who are total cnuts after a few drinks..........are just total cnuts deep down.....

I was a mean drunk when I was in the Army. I guess I was just working through a few things. After I got out and settled into civilian life that went away. But my life long pal is a complete a$$ when he drinks whiskey. We started drinking together at around 12 years or so, and his tolerance was always low. Which is a little odd for Polish people. He's ok when he sticks to beer though.

On the flip side of all of this. I worked with a guy who never left the house with a blood alcohol of less than .12. Best telephone lineman I've ever seen, and just a great guy all around. He could fix anything, and knew everyone worth knowing. His wife left him over his drinking then came back on her knees.

It cant just be drink because he carries it on for weeks. Drink can be something that used to send my dad over the edge though. Me n my mum can see it coming and sort of talk him into going bed. Starts talking to the walls and stuff usually a sign that his about to loose it lol. His not been sectioned in years and youd never believe it his well spoken and intelligent. His alright now but abit like you bird whiskey can bring it out in him.

My brothers always been fine had plenty of nights out with him. Just seems lately he comes annoying and looking for an argument. More embarassing than anything else made me feel awkward being with him. Gonna tell him tomorrow although his not out of his face drunk i cant be arsed to have him argue back now that his fine. His becoming a prat when drunk though n can see him getting a deserved smack in the face.

Like i say ive gone through the thinking your superman phase. Now i would just say im more antisocial lol cant be arsed to be around others when drunk unless my mates. Cant be arsed with people talking loud or talking to much or just talking bollocks. Soon as their about to start im just *yeah mate well have a good night yeah" lol.

the prob for me was ,when drunk with whisky , i wasnt slurred speach, or swaying , or either mouthing off, but if sombody picked on me , ib on them that quick before they knew what had hit them, it was very dangerous because i was always fit/strong bloke, and sombody who is just the norm kind mouthing off ,and wide open in a fight, you be really surprised how slow there are,i could hurt them quick no prob. and yet with say 4 pints of beer or lager, i was like most people easy going and liked everybody, always giving man hugs lol . but the whisky would only be few glasses , so 1st only small volume of fluid, so would sharp and faster in movment , not belly full of beer,2nd my attitude totally changed , it was bad news my wife never let drink it, and i am glad it could have got me in big trouble . i dont drink much only few cans lager sat/sunday night.. and best way to be to much drink can ruin people lives.

See i know stellas as wife beater but whiskey brings out the worst in my old man. Is whiskey known for it? He rarely drinks the stuff but loves it so prehaps he knows. At some point me n my dad wont argue but something will happen. He drinks everyday and still goes to work and is fine but i dunno i just dont like it. I give my mum a hard time for smoking fags n he seems to get more of a pass. Mentioned it on here before but feels like sitting back n watching em kill themselves by not doing anything. Might blackmail em that if they both knock it on the head for a period ill pay for us all to have a family holiday. Know theyd like that as my old man was annoyed when me n my brother didnt wanna go away with em n sort of took it to heart lol.

I'm a sexy drunk

Seriously though for a guy my size I can sink them and not have any really bad effects. I don't get aggressive or huggy. I just have a laugh.

I can mix spirits and beer. Last week I was in a real ale bar here, drinking pints of 11% datk ale (it was a real tasty pint) it's weird I have mates twice the size who were steaming off less.

its funny that saying " a drunk man speaks a sober mans mind" when ime drunk..about twice a year ile talk the head off every one...to every one...about every thing...and if theirs a chance to sing..then tie me to a fecking chair!:laugh:

i think its because i cant realy do it sober..ive seen people who ive met on a night out and they cant belive they were actualy talking to me the night before haha.

ive a freind who after a good few turns into a leering sex pest and its honestly repulsive!

one of the funniest men on the drink ive met is cwn-hela off hear..the taxie driver thought soo too he still talks about his co-driving "hard left 3 over crest" all the way back to he hotel :laugh:

I love the social aspect of traditional local pubs but i cant be around drunks if theres someone obviously drunk i'll leave....it's different for youngsters you accept that but seeing a grown man making a show of himself on drink is so uncouth....the thought of being out of control frightens the life out of me the rare times i do drink as soon as i feel myself getting a bit merry thats my lot im onto the orange juice !

My brother becomes a lunatic on drink and told me he was going to kill me last time he was drunk and my sister is even worse, the ol man loved his beer and done a lot of money in pubs with his generosity folk knew if they got him drunk they was on a cheap night i promised myself id never be exploited like.
