walshie 2,804
As said above, he's lucky he didn't get charged with murder as you don't shoot someone in the head unless you mean to kill them. Good for him though and good for the US justice system.
WILF 46,770
Totally understandable and well deserved of course.......however I can't help but think that he had 2 children and a wife, one of those kids may have been through hell already. Now, if this had turned out different and the judge had handed the bloke 99 years in a federal penitentiary then all it would have meant was that 2 kids lives were destroyed losing their dad, one of them would go through hell TWICE and the family unit would have been destroyed. As we all know, there's no social in the states so they could well have lost their home and been in poverty which would have led the wife and kids gods knows where ?? Still think it's the right thing to do?........would it not have been better to just have dad at home helping heal the scars while the scumbag got filled full of black cock in prison ? Easy to say when it's not your child but I personally think it was a stupid f***ing thing to do

peterhunter86 8,627
Your right in what you said wilf the man risked an awful lot to do what he done but it must of drove him mad sitting at home looking at his son known what that animal done to him and if he didn't do what he did they could of lost him anyway he could of went off his head and ended up in the nut house or worse took his own life he took a gamble and won thank fook
marshman 7,757
They'd be a lot more fathers killing child rapists if they made it only 5 moths probation , instead our judges protect the child rapists !
