The clubs (particularly Premiership sides) have a captive audience. Fans aren't going to decide to follow the club down the road because they offer better value, so the clubs can charge pretty much what they like ! I think the clubs should remember that the people who attend matches are fans, not customers, to be exploited to the point where they are priced out of the stadium !
