mark williams 7,563
Cogs, hi mate. Light or heavy ? Well delivery is the most important part, or should i say accuracy. A great post was put up recently with regards to the .177 pellet retaining it`s energy in lightweight compared to the heavy weight version by VM. He will be along soon, i`m sure. Quote Link to post

Coypu Hunter 486
Power has an influence too. My 97 shot medium-weight pellets extremely well when it had a broken spring and was shooting at 10.6 fpe -- 9mm groups @ 33 yards with AA Diabolo Fields and Weihrauch F&T Specials, 8.4-ish grains. Soon as I put in a V-Mach kit and took the power up to 13 fpe, they lost their accuracy, and now it will group like that with JSB Exact Heavies at 10.34 grains, but not with lighter pellets. 1 Quote Link to post
