Help In Finding Net Maker

Recommended Posts

I bought a long net in the midland game fair and want to buy more to fill the basket. But I've lost the card I was given with their details. They had a small stall just selling long nets a father and son company and the father was doing talks in the ring about ferreting and displays on setting up traditional and quick set long nets. Any info would be great as I want to buy more nets. Sorry about the lack of info. Thanks

So did Mr Brinded invent the quick net system, iv heard this a few times now and once I'm sure from horses mouth on his youtube via, never had nets off him, enjoyed parts of his vid and nothing against him, but did he invent the quick set.?

He claims he did along with a few others.

Have a look at the net in this painting painted in the 1600's by a Dutch artist, if that is not a quick set I do not know what is. There are no bridles on the net and it does look as if the net is just held up by the pegs.
