The turbo went in my car and that need doing to the tune of nearly £600 so bye bye shottie cash. Saving up again after the summer and the turbo went again so decided to scrap the car. Buying a second hand one I had arranged to over pay and get cash back for the shottie whilst hoodwinking the good lady again, so good so far. Then at the last minute she decided to come along for the ride so I had to cancel the cash back on the sly. Oh bugger. Well got the old car sold for a ton so that's not quite the down payment I was hoping but at least I'm on my way. 5 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

My wife is a townie and not a lover of country sports(not a left wing anti), I just couldn't be arsed with earache. I'll only get it for a few days when I bring it in to the house. Nothing to do really with hiding money as we both go away with our own mates and buy our own stuff when it suits etc just not liking the fact I'll not only be skinning and butchering game that I get from people but shooting it as well.
